There are a few notables that defined 2019 at GraceBlood. These trends will continue into next year as we keep streamlining our processes, celebrating wins, learning from our mistakes and most importantly – helping our clients be successful.
- The acquisition of Aurora Technologies by GraceBlood was followed by a very brief calm, and then – WE WERE BUSY! This was never more apparent than recently, when we realized that our now larger client list contained company names that were so very similar, such as a handful of clients whose name ended in “& H.” I remarked “…if Y&H Auto approaches us, we should respectfully refer them elsewhere.” I jest – we absolutely would LOVE to work with ANY “& H”!
- We have embraced and fully adopted an end-to-end CRM solution and the transparency and cohesiveness this has provided (especially for a company where so many employees are remote) cannot be overstated. Our team of talented integration gurus have never been more in sync and efficient. GraceBlood has seen a year where our projects have run the gamut from complicated migrations across a farm of virtual servers, to Enterprise-level configurations requiring scale-out processing, to security-sensitive HIPAA mapping projects. And all the while, we are supporting CVS Health’s supplier enablement and fielding Delta/ECS training engagements from all over the US. Using a robust CRM became necessary to support our busy day-to-day activity and project management.
- Something else that has materialized this year is the design phase of Easy-Trade 2.0. In case you haven’t heard, Easy-Trade is our revolutionary pay-as-you-go EDI/B2B enablement platform we created to support CVS’ supplier onboarding program. For more on this, please download our recent case study. We plan for Easy-Trade 2.0 to come to fruition later in 2020 and <spoiler alert> you can expect to see more functionality, more self-service options and more Trading Partners available on the Easy-Trade network.
What’s next in 2020 for GraceBlood? We will be focusing on building a stronger social media presence, fostering our reputation as a thought leader for both our clients AND prospects in all things B2B and most importantly, continuing to provide an exceptional experience to our clients. We send out warm holiday wishes and hopes for health and prosperity for all in 2020!
