You are here because has CVS Pharmacy has referred you to us for EDI onboarding. Easy-Trade® is our user friendly and affordable path to EDI compliance. Our service will provide your company a complete audit trail for your transactions.
Incoming documents: If applicable, we will arrange to receive EDI formatted Purchase Orders (850), Credit/Debit Adjustments (812), Remittance Advice (820), Application Advice (824), Planning Schedules (830), Text Messages (864) and Change Orders (860) documents from your Trading Partners, convert them to a human readable format and email them to you. We will return a Functional Acknowledgement (997) to CVS to confirm receipt.
Outgoing documents: If applicable, we will provide your company a preformatted Easy-Trade® Excel spreadsheet to record and send back to us via email for invoicing CVS. We will convert the spreadsheet into an EDI 810 and transmit it to CVS.
